RTI activist Akhil Gogoi arrested in Guwahati - India News - IBNLive: "Police on Friday arrested RTI activist and leader of Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) Akhil Gogoi from the Guwahati Press Club in connection with the Dispur clash that left three killed and over 30 injured. He has been charged with 10 cases of rioting, arsoning, damaging public property and illegal meeting. The Assam government is also considering slapping NSA against him."
